Kinsey leads the Business Development and Marketing departments at ConGenius. With years of partnership marketing under her belt and an intense desire to learn from the world of construction, Kinsey is a go-to when it comes to running a construction business.

When she isn't learning about construction, contractors, and the latest marketing trends, she spends time with her husband, Tyler, and two kids, Ella and Legend. If she's not in the office, you can probably find her out on the lake with her family or playing volleyball with her "old lady club".

Ben grew up on the job, his dad was a designer/builder in the Chicagoland area. Later Ben owned and operated his own remodeling and light new construction business in Springfield, MO. His desire is to help construction professionals build a better business and impart some wisdom and stories that he learned through hands on experience in the space!
